Addicted: Tahir's powers are addictive. Turning them off requires a Will saving throw as if he were affected by a Mind Control 8 (Extra Subtle).

Iseul: Tahir is madly, wildly in love infatuated with this woman. Or was. He's pretty sure she's dead; he kinda saw her blow up. Problem is, he's completely forgotten that she can turn into water and slip away, and he's completely overlooked the fact that she might have been responsible for the school blowing up in the first place. If she turns up again, he's sure to follow her every word. And if she happens to be less honourable than he first thought, it's going to take a while for him to realise it. Oh young love.

Sickening: Tahir's powers are too alien for his body to really host. For every ten minutes he stays powered up, he must make a Fortitude saving throw as if affected by Nauseate 8 (Flaw Sicken). If he stays powered up even after failing that saving throw, he continues to make the saves every ten minutes. Each time he fails, Tahir will fall one step further along the sickened scale (Sickened, Nauseated, then Helpless).

Spotlight On Me: Tahir glows bright enough that any time after sunset it's going to be harder for him to see the villains than it will be for them to see him. The GM may award Tahir a hero point to declare that he is completely unaware of something's location if it is beyond his personal light, not only making it impossible for Tahir to find or attack them, but also granting the hidden character the option to attack Tahir as if he were flat-footed.
